The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Zetexa Global Private Limited and its wholly owned subsidiaries Zetexa Global Corporation (USA) and Zetexa Inc. (Canada), collectively referred to as "Zetexa", "we", "us", or "our".

The terms "you", "your", "user", or "customer" refer to any individual or legal entity accessing our website, mobile applications, or purchasing services from Zetexa.

By accessing Zetexa websites, mobile applications, or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services Provided

Zetexa provides digital connectivity and travel-related services including but not limited to:

  • International eSIM and SIM-based mobile data plans
  • Virtual Numbers (DID) and communication services
  • Airport travel services, including but not limited to:
    • Airport lounge access
    • Fast Track security or immigration access
    • Meet & Greet airport assistance
    • VIP airport services and concierge assistance
  • These services may be delivered through Zetexa systems or through authorized partners, telecom operators, airport operators, and service providers.

Account Registration

Customers may purchase services through:

  • Website: https://www.zetexa.com
  • Zetexa mobile applications
  • Authorized partners, resellers, affiliates, or distribution platforms

When placing an order, you may be automatically registered for a Zetexa account using the email provided during purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Payments

  • Payments are processed through trusted payment platforms including but not limited to:
    • Stripe
    • Razorpay
    • PayPal
  • Accepted payment methods may include:
    • Credit cards
    • Debit cards
    • Google Pay
    • Apple Pay
    • PayPal
    • Other payment options supported by these providers

Payments may be processed in USD or other supported currencies, depending on the payment provider and customer location.

Zetexa does not store full card details on its systems.

All purchases are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

4. eSIM and Connectivity Services

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device:
    • Supports eSIM technology
    • Is network unlocked
    • Is compatible with the purchased eSIM plan
  • Device compatibility may vary depending on the manufacturer, country of origin, and network restrictions.
    Zetexa provides compatibility guidance but cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices.
    The service contract between Zetexa and the customer begins once the order is successfully completed.
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Installing the eSIM correctly
    • Activating the data package
    • Following activation instructions
  • Deleting an eSIM profile from a device may permanently remove the service and may require purchasing a new plan.
  • Zetexa is not responsible for connectivity issues caused by:
    • Device incompatibility
    • Local network outages
    • Incorrect installation by the user
    • Regulatory restrictions in certain countries

5. Airport Travel Services

Zetexa offers airport-related services at select airports worldwide.

  • Availability depends on:
    • Airport infrastructure
    • Partner availability
    • Airline schedules
    • Booking lead time
  • Airport services are fulfilled by third‑party airport operators or service providers.
  • When booking airport services, customers must provide accurate:
    • Passenger name
    • Flight details
    • Contact information
  • Customers must present their confirmation voucher or QR code at the airport to access the service.
    Failure to present the voucher or arrive within the service window may result in denial of service.
    Zetexa acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for operational issues at airports beyond our control.

6. Order Confirmation

After completing a purchase, customers will receive:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Access to the purchased product in their Zetexa account
  • Installation instructions (for eSIM products)
  • Service vouchers (for airport services)

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details immediately after purchase.

7. Rewards Program (Zetexa Coins)

Zetexa may operate a reward system known as Zetexa Coins.

Customers may earn Coins when making eligible purchases.
  • Important conditions:
    • Coins are credited only for qualifying transactions
    • Coins may not be granted when discounts or referral rewards are used
    • Coins may only be redeemed within Zetexa services
    • Coins are non-transferable between accounts
    • Coins cannot be converted to cash or other credits

8. Acceptable Use

  • Users agree not to:
    • Misuse the services
    • Engage in fraudulent purchases
    • Interfere with platform security
    • Resell services without authorization
  • Unauthorized use of the platform may result in:
    • Account suspension
    • Order cancellation
    • Legal action where applicable

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Zetexa platforms including:

  • Design
  • Logos
  • Text
  • Software
  • Graphics

is owned by Zetexa or licensed to Zetexa.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

10. Third‑Party Services

Zetexa services may integrate with or rely on third‑party providers including:

  • Telecom network operators
  • Airport service operators
  • Payment processors
  • Technology platforms

Use of such services may be subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.

Zetexa is not responsible for the policies or actions of third‑party services.

11. Service Availability

While Zetexa aims to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted connectivity
  • continuous platform availability
  • availability of airport services at all times

Service performance may depend on external factors including telecom networks, airport operations, and infrastructure providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zetexa shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages
  • incidental damages
  • loss of profits
  • loss of business opportunities
  • travel delays or disruptions

Zetexa's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For services provided by Zetexa Global Private Limited, disputes are governed by the laws of India.

For services provided by Zetexa Global Corporation (USA) or Zetexa Inc. (Canada), disputes may be governed by the respective laws of those jurisdictions.

Any disputes relating to services provided by the Indian entity shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, India.

14. Modifications to Terms

Zetexa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the Zetexa website and mobile applications with the revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
